NOTE: Despite Zoolz's claims, this review is NOT based on a fake account, I have submitted details of my purchase invoice from June 2017. Zoolz's responses to date have been simply a boilerplate posting which fails to acknowledge the need for the company to reassess their decision. Zoolz has failed, and any prospective new customers should be aware that promises made today may not be honoured in a month's time. Any company offering a secure backup needs to be 100% dependable - both technically and in terms of its commitment to its customers. Like others, I purchased a "life-time" subscription on the understanding that it could be relied on to commit the company to maintain an ongoing backup schedule with no further annual subscriptions.
